On Nov 27th, Mr. Xinzhi Zheng, the managing partner of Jian Da, together with Huang Linyue, the managing partner of Jingda Law Firm in Shenzhen, paid a visit to HK Rowland Chow, Chan Law Firm. During the visit, they exchanged ideas about the development of legal business after the financial crisis, discussed the opportunity to cooperation and reached a preliminary cooperation framework agreement.
