Mr. Zhiqiang Li was invited by Ningde Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. to held a legal training on "Bidding Law of the People''''s Republic of China" on Dec 18th. The company leaders and more than 50 staffs from related departments attended the training. During the 2 hours of the training, Mr. Li introduced the biding legal system, explained the situation when biding is a must according to the business operation characters of Ningde Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., elaborated the major problems and problem-solving skills in the tendering and biding practice. Mr. Li also answered a number of problems brought up by the active audience. The training went on very well and achieved good results.
