The book "Precaution of Legal Risk for Joint Ventures" written by Jian Da lawyers is published this month by Fujian People Publish House. 
    The book is based on Jian Da lawyers'''' rich experience of legal risk prevention practices and their investigation of numerous joint ventures. The book, written in question-and-answer form, is easy to understand and practise.
